o Added some information on Koalatalk (an ICE-based
light-weight Message Bus) to the <a
href="http://www.cs.umbc.edu/kqml/toolTalk/"> toolTalk
</a> directory.
As usual, these items also appear as entries in the kqml what's new
page.
