Candidates must have experience in research and be able to effectively communicate research results. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of a number of machine learning techniques (e.g. neural networks, decision trees, rule-based systems, and nearest-neighbor techniques), and experience with the World Wide Web and one or more of the following: C++, Java, Perl, HTML, and CGI.
