 Senior Software Engineer                     Salary: 50-75k

 If your a self motivated and capable of working with an aggressive
 product development team, this position is for you.  As an individual
 contributor you will implement the software architecture for intelligent
 software agents.  You will be responsible for the development,
 verification and documentation of the AI-based software components.  
 
 Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, top-down and
 modular designt echniques, network protocols, previous development in
 multi-threaded operating system environments, and knowledge in AI-based
 robotics software design.  Must have minimum BSEE or BSCS and 6 years of
 software design experience.  Operating systems Windows 3.1, OS/2 or NT
 required with Win 95, Unix a plus.  Programming languages required are
 2+, C++, 5+ and C
